William Gebhardt
Founder, Executive Director and Portfolio Manager
William Gebhardt, Founder, Executive Director and Portfolio Manager of 10Dynamics, developed TAD, a proprietary investment system based on nearly 30 years of experience in quantitative finance and trading. With a PhD in Finance from Cornell University, his career includes academia, developing trading signals at Barclays, and leadership roles in commodity trading at Deutsche Bank and Trailstone. William Gebhardt founded 10Dynamics and serves as its Executive Director and Portfolio Manager.
Roberto Picotti
Partner and Consultant, Technology
Roberto Picotti, Partner and Consultant, Technology at 10Dynamics, brings over 20 years of expertise in finance technology and energy trading systems. He began his career as a database administrator before joining Entergy-Koch Trading, where he developed IT analytics tools. At Deutsche Bank, he led the IT analytics desk for commodities trading and later transitioned into power trading. Roberto now runs his own IT consulting firm, applying his experience in energy trading technology and financial systems for clients worldwide.
Josh Moss
Partner and Consultant, Legal & Compliance
Josh Moss, Partner and Consultant, Legal & Compliance at 10Dynamics, has over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation and advising on a wide range of legal issues. After earning his JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law with high honors, he practiced at top U.S. law firms, focusing on areas such as corporate governance, patent infringement, and bankruptcy.
Josh joined 10Dynamics in 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from his work across federal and state courts in cases involving trade secrets, real estate, and software design.
Ante Ivankovic
Partner and Consultant, Capital Raising
Ante Ivankovic, Partner and Consultant, Capital Raising at 10Dynamics, brings nearly two decades of experience trading European power and gas markets. His career includes roles at E.ON, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Trailstone, Statkraft and Uniper, and most recently Co-Head of Power & Gas at Onyx Commodities in Switzerland. He studied economics at the University of Münster. Ante joined 10Dynamics as a partner in December 2024 and leads investor relations and capital raising, drawing on his network across the energy-trading industry.
